Established in the 1970's, the Pasar Besar TTDI is a familiar place among all locals, far and near. Large and imposing, it is not easily mised if you are passing through the neighbourhood. Various merchants have made this market their regular set up, and some are even here permanently. People come from far and wide to shop here — a testament to the quality and price of the produce on offer.
The Big Market
Location: Jalan Wan Kadir 2, 60000 Kuala Lumpur.
Opening hours: Open daily from 5am to 8pm, although peak hours and best offers are during early mornings to afternoons.
Main attractions: Wet market, textile market. Breakfast joint for nearby working crowd and residents.
